1.50% deposit required to secure booking payable by direct deposit to our bank account or cheque made payable to Mountjoy Public Transport Pty Ltd. Payments by Visa/MC are accepted over the phone Amex & diners are not accepted at this time. 2. We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property. 3. Passengers must be able to prove age over 18 years for consumption of alcohol at wineries. Service may be refused to persons deemed to be under age or intoxicated. 4. No alcohol or food is allowed to be consumed on our vehicles. No BYO Food or beverage in the wineries or selected venues. Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted on our vehicles or at venues. 5. Persons causing a nuisance to other passengers may be liable for any expense incurred by passengers should this occur. 6. Payment is required in full 14 days prior to tour. 7. You are accepting the terms & conditions by boarding our vehicles, thus accepting this is a binding contract for yourself and the other people you have booked and paid for. You are responsible for relaying this information to other passengers you have booked and paid for. Uncontrollable and disruptive drunken behavior will not be tolerated. 8. Wineries reserve the right to refuse service and entry. Disruptive persons will not be allowed on the bus. 9. All fares are in Australian Currency. 10. Smoking is not permitted by law, on our vehicles or inside any public buildings. 11. Any persons under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 12. Our office must be advised by telephone (03 5966 2035) of any cancellations or amendments to a booking as soon as you are aware of it. 13. Cancellation policy is as follows: Within 7 days prior to booking - no refund. Within 7 to 14 days - 50% of tour price. 15 to 30 days $100.00 Administration fee will be charged. 14. Buses will leave according to times stated on itineraries and will not wait for latecomers. Buses have set times at each winery/location/venue and cannot be late or they will be turned away. 15. If passenger numbers alter the price per person is subject to change. 16. No Refunds for "NO SHOWS" on day of tour. 17. Tour order may vary due to itinerary and venue availability. 18. We take no responsibility for passengers failing to be at designated pick up points at designated times, no refund is provided for passengers who miss our tour. 19. Pick up points must be confirmed 24 hours prior to tour departure. 20. Subject to minimum 10 Passengers booking on public tours |
